How can I change my shipping address?

Filled out a wrong or outdated address upon purchase? Please contact me as soon as possible after the transaction has been confirmed, this way I can change the address on the shipping label before your package ships out.

If the order is already shipped, no changes can be made to the address on the package. Keep in mind you as a buyer are responsible for providing a correct address upon purchase.

Wooden jewellery

· Do Not Autoclave.
· Do not soak in anything, including water.
· Clean Before wearing. Use antibacterial soap and water. Rinse and dry immediately after washing.
· Do not leave in direct sunlight for extended periods.
· Do not store in extreme temperatures or the bathroom.
· Remove jewellery before bathing or swimming as water can cause premature drying and cracking.
· Recommended for healed piercings only.
· Recondition once a month with natural oil. We recommend coconut oil.

Bone jewellery

You can clean your bone items simply by polishing it with a soft cloth. You can also rub in a small amount of oil to ensure a long life. The bone will also naturally change the colour of the time, so do not try to bring it back to its original whitish colour if it now has obtained a yellowish tint. This is part of the magic of natural materials.
Never soak, as the material will swell and dry out.

Brass jewellery

Brass tends to tarnish with age. Brass can be cleaned with a simple soap (washing up liquid) solution or wipe with a cotton cloth and some fresh lemon juice.

Wood jewelry Allergic?

Woods do not react the same with everyone. Some people have allergic reactions to certain types of wood. If you do have a reaction to a type of wood immediately remove the jewellery, signs of a reaction include itchiness, burning, swollen lymph nodes, blistering and lymph discharge. It is not reasonable for us to predict nor are we (My Enchanted Market) liable for any reaction to wood jewellery.
