Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for any return´s expenses, customs and import taxes that may apply.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping a return by the client at the expense of the seller will not be accepted. Shipping costs are not refunded.
In case of refusal to pay import tax and not pick up the parcel, the customer is responsible for all customs costs and sending the parcel back to the seller. Refunds will be made net of the above costs. Shipping cost is not refundable.
