Why Can't I Return My Digital Download?
Etsy does not allow for returns of digital items. I will NOT refund files that have been downloaded. However, if you have a problem with your order, contact me by email right away, and I'll do my best to help. IT IS NOT MY POLICY TO EMAIL FILES. You will only receive the files that are listed with the order.
How Do I Download My Digital File?

What Can I Do With a Digital Image?
Lots of things! Print either on your home printer OR professionally (printers vary in quality and style, so your home print may not look exactly like the picture).
Use them to create scrapbooks & journals. Frame & display them. Create cards, gifts, etc. Print on sticker paper to make stickers. Anything you like. But please review my copyright. Thank you.
Will You Send Me Files Other Than The Ones That Come With the Listing?
Hello, I'm sorry but my policy is not to send files other than the ones that come with the listing. Please read all listing information carefully.
Will you E-mail my files to me?
No, I do not email files. If you are logged into your Etsy account when you purchase, the files will be in your "Purchases" section. If you checkout as a "guest" Etsy will email you a link to your files. You MUST save your files to your device. I will NOT email lost files to you.
