When will my order be dispatched?
Place your order before 2:30 PM and it will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM will be sent the next business day.
Any updates will always be shared in our Shop Announcement section — we know how important it is for your gifts to arrive on time 💌
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer:
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually takes 2 business days
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – usually takes 1 business day
• Next Day Delivery – arrives the next day for orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
You can choose the delivery speed that best suits your needs at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details. You can also track it in your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews.
Will my order include a receipt?
No, we don’t include paper receipts in our packages. This makes it perfect for sending gifts directly to your recipient without showing the price.
Can I include a personalised message?
Absolutely! Every gift box includes a complimentary gift card — choose your favourite from 24 designs or select a plain white card from the drop-down menu.
Simply add your personal message at checkout and we’ll handwrite it for that extra special touch, or leave it blank to write yourself.
Can I ship my order directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout and we’ll send your gift straight to them.
How does the box come presented?
Each gift box is carefully arranged with tissue paper and protective box filling to keep everything perfectly in place.
On the outside, it’s sealed with a beautiful sticker labelled “Something Special Just for You”, ready to be opened and enjoyed by the recipient — making it a true delight to reveal.
To ensure it arrives in perfect condition, your gift box is securely sent in a protective bubble envelope.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes! You can add gift wrapping as an extra at checkout for an even more special finishing touch.

We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll happily update it before your order is dispatched.
