How My Unique Family started
When Stacy’s father passed away in 2014 she was looking for a memorial keepsake to help her deal with her grief. When none existed, she decided to create something herself which was the memorial bauble and personalised scroll within. Christmas being a time when families get together and those no longer with us are so dearly missed.
Realising what these healing words from the scroll meant to her in her grief, and how this idea could be passed on to help others who are experiencing a bereavement, was how the journey of My Unique Family began.
The joy of giving a personalised gift to someone special - bringing joy and delight (sometimes tears of comfort) is a pleasure beyond compare.
From there all new ideas started springing to life i.e., Vintage Savings Jars, Tin Storage solutions and Textiles.
My Unique Family, which started at the dining room table, has now become a full-time passion for Stacy and her small team.
We love animals, outdoors and country life and feel passionate about the preservation of our environment.
With this in mind, we source products that have a sustainable theme that can be recycled, repurposed and reused.
