How do I order?

Each listing will show how to order and what details are required.
There will be examples that can be copied and replaced with your details

Can you do a custom order?

Yes we can. Custom orders are for something that you don't see in our store or would like a different size. Please convo us in the first instance for more information.

How many save the dates should I order?

We would suggest ordering one per family. As we have a minimum order quantity of 10, we would suggest ordering 10 more extra as ordering smaller quantities would cost more.

I need my order ASAP

We need time to make so we would make it within the time discussed. If you are in a rush, please contact us and we can advise how to order.

Tracking your order.

Orders within the UK takes 3-5 working days to be delivered, this is an estimate. Samples will go out as standard post.

Orders to USA, Canada and the rest of Europe, you will have a tracking number that will be uploaded on Etsy and you will receive an automatic email from Etsy with tracking details. You can also track the parcel on www.royalmail.com which will then direct you to your mailing service after it has arrived in your country. Tracking number can be seen on your order section and are should track your order. If your order is sent back, you will be required to pay for the full postage that it cost us for resending the parcel again.

Can you create the items in a different language?

Absolutely most fonts can be used for European languages. If somes don't, we will let you know.
