5 out of 5 starsCame as expected quickly. I think attaching the closing clips to the design would be better in the future!

4 out of 5 starsI have no experience with the customer service so just gave it 5 stars. The reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 is that I wanted an exclamation point engraved after the ‘happy anniversary’ and it did not come that way. Not worth making a thing about it. It took a while to receive but is a high-quality, nice item. I tied a ribbon in the top loop for color and a brighter look.
