Currently I am a mother of two beautiful boys (Luke and Kaladin) and a wife to the most amazing man. Luke is six years old and Kaladin is four years old. My husband and I are saving so that we can build of a horse training facility on some property we have. Since I am lucky enough to be a stay-at-home mom and a homeschool teacher to my two boys, I thought I could help us save a bit faster by starting my own business. Thus Nightstar Custom Tack was born.
I am combining my love of horses and the creativity of paracord. I grew up with horses and have always had an interest in training. I started training my first horse when I was 10 years old. I saved up and bought my neighbors horse. He was a 7 year old Kiger Mustang whom had never been halter broke. Over the time we spent together we both learned a great deal. My love for training was set in stone thanks to him. From there I have participated in two Extreme Mustang Makeovers and worked with countless horses. I went to college to pursue a degree in veterinarian medicine, but found it wasn't for me. I took some time off, got married to my high school sweet heart, and started a family. I couldn't be happier.
