Frequently asked questions
What is printable artwork/digital downloads?
Printable artwork is wall art that you can print.
You've got a few choices:
1. Use your personal printer at home;
2. Pay a visit to a nearby print shop (like FedEx or Walgreens), or;
3. Opt for online services such as Shutterfly or GotPrint to have it printed and delivered to your doorstep.
How do I access and download the files after the purchase?
Once you complete your purchase, you will be taken to a confirmation page.
On this page, you will have a option to immediately access a PDF file containing a Google Drive link to download the print files in this listing.
Alternatively, you can also find your downloads on your Etsy account – assuming you're not just passing through as a guest.
Head to your purchases and reviews section, there you'll find a downloadable PDF that contains a link to direct you to a Google Drive that stores the files.
If you're struggling to download your files, just send me a message 😊
