About the designer - Colette
I moved to Phoenix, Arizona from Grand Rapids, Michigan in 2015. I opened my Etsy shop soon after. I'm a 2 time cancer and bone marrow transplant survivor. Life can be challenging, but Life is Beautiful! Creating art and designing jewelry allows me to work with my hands, and quiet my mind. The process soothes me, and when those who acquire some of my jewelry tell me how special a piece makes them feel, that is my reward. Seriously, it isn't about the almighty dollar, I take whatever I earn and reinvest in materials and education to continue this circle of gratitude. I do dream of having a cozy home someday, and traveling the USA in a Skoolie is on my bucket list! With persistence and the support of my customers I hope I'll grow my business and get there. :)
