Care instructions
Macrame naturally holds its knots, but if you find something unraveling you can use a dot of glue to help hold it together!
Also, fringe may need to be combed out from time to time to keep it looking beautiful! A simple hair comb or pet hair brush does the trick!

My package states it was delivered but I don’t have it. What can I do?
I’m sorry you are having this issue. Unfortunately, once the package leaves my possession and enters the Post Office, I am not responsible for delivery of your package. I recommend looking around your home/mailbox, check with neighbors, and call your local post office.

Do you offer returns and/or refunds?
My shop policy is not returns or refunds. However, If you are having an issue with your order please reach out and I will do my best to assist you. If we do agree upon a return, the cost of shipping the item back is not my responsibility. The item must return to me in the same condition it was sent out in order for the refund of the items purchase price.
