Care instructions
Try to keep your RESIN jewelry away from lotions and sprays such as suntan lotion or abrasive creams, as these can affect the finish of the resin and metal parts such as chains and bezels. In addition, please do keep the jewelry away from any liquid, including water and soap.
Cleaning of resin jewelry is best with a soft, clean cloth.
Store your resin jewelry out of direct sunlight, somewhere dry. Our resin is UV stable, but extended exposure to direct sunlight can eventually yellow resin.

Returns and exchange details
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is any problem or you are not completely satisfied.
If you are not happy with the purchased item just send it back. Item(s) must be returned to me within 1 week (2 weeks for EU) from the date you receive it and in it's original, unused condition. Please contact me to let me know that you will be shipping it back.
Refund will be given within 1 week after the package is received back.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping and the refund will be made minus your original shipping cost upon the receipt of returned item.
Damaged in Shipping
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days of receiving. I will work with you to replace or refund the item. I do require pictures of the damaged packaging and contents.
Lost package
All shipments have a tracking number so we can both track the item. At times the delivery can be delayed due to customs, national non-working holiday days or bad weather. If your package can not be located after thorough investigation a full refund will be issued. I lost package is considered if it is not delivered in 60 working days.
I only responsible for undelivered packages do not take responsibility for delivered packages where tracking shows as delivered. I cannot claim insurance for delivered packages. It is customer responsibility to contact carrier in such cases.
Additional Shipping Information
I ship all items via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, and I cannot guarantee the arrival date. If you need the items to arrive on a specific date, please place an order ahead of time.
Custom and personalized orders
I currently don't accept any custom order as I have a large backlog. I may accept custom order again in the future.
Tracking says delivered but have not received anything?
Unfortunately, once it has been shipped, with a tracking number, it is out of my hands. Please contact your local post office. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for "theft", as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at my expense. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered.
All pressed flower will lose their color over time
I use real pressed flowers to make jewelry.
It is a part of nature that all pressed flowers color fade in time.
For reference, please store pressed flower jewelry in a dark, cool location, away from direct sunlight if you want to keep the flower color last longer. A closet would be a perfect location. If the flowers are exposed to too much sunlight, the flower color will quickly fade and even lose their color completely in a short time. Keep in mind again that all pressed flower will lose their color over time.
Tarnish policy 1
Silver and gold plated jewelry will tarnish overtime. Therefore you need to extra precautions for these jewelry.
Sterling silver can also be tarnished. Tarnishing is completely natural.
Although gold filled will maintain its shine and will resist tarnish, you still need to take care of them like other metals.

Tarnish policy 2 - care instructions -
* Remove jewelry during physical activities.
* Remove jewelry when using chemicals: shampoos, harsh soaps, lotions, makeup, hairspray, etc.
* Sulfur is very corrosive and should be avoided.
* Moisture and sunlight can cause tarnishing. Take off your piece when showering, bathing, swimming or sunbathing.
* We recommend using a soft cloth, lens cloth, or any microfiber cloth to gently clean your jewelry.
* When cleaning your piece, start by using mild soap and water and gently clean the piece with your fingers. Make sure your piece is completely dried when finished cleaning to avoid oxidation.
* Store your jewelry in a dark, low-humidity area and in an air-tight container such as a Ziploc bag.
