I will be on Vacation from Saturday August 15th until Sunday August 23rd and will be keeping my Etsy shop open, though the order processing and shipping time will temporarily be extended to around 9 days and no orders will ship until Monday August 24th.

Please be aware that I ship with the US Postal Service and cannot guarantee delivery times. All packages ship with a tracking number.

We Will NOT be offering refunds or replacements on DELAYED packages, or packages marked DELIVERED. Please be patient as some packages are taking longer to be delivered with the US Postal Service, and once packages are shipped, it is out of my control as to how soon they will be delivered. I suggest going directly to the US Postal Service website and signing up for email/text updates on your tracking numbers.

I know it is hard to know if you will like the scent of products when ordering online, so if don't like the scent of your purchase you can RETURN the UNUSED product back for a full refund of the purchase price (BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS). I WILL NOT give refunds for products you didn't like the scent of if the product has been USED and not returned. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.

Just because something is natural doesn’t diminish the chances of your skin having an allergic reaction. Please be sure to check if you have any known sensitivities to cosmetic ingredients and/or essential oils.

We are not responsible for any individual reaction to any ingredients. We list every ingredient on each product listing page and each product package and cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions to our products. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt or have sensitive skin, always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
