What is Your Production Time?
Each item is made to order. Please refer to each listing for current leads times. If you need the item sooner or need to make sure you or your recipient receives it by a certain date, please contact us to let us know when you need it and we will try to help.
Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately, due to the initial cost of making a new resin mold for a resin art piece, we are unable to change the size or shape of a product. If you are interested in purchasing a large quantity or have a large budget for a commercial project, let us know and we can provide you with a quote.
We can, however, change the color of any of our pieces.
Can I change the color? Do you have a color chart?
Of course! We love creating custom orders. Most listings feature a color chart for ease of reference! If we don't have what you're looking for, you can select any color you want - just send us the brand and name of a paint color you like, and we will color match it.

International Shipping
We can ship internationally to most countries! Timing is dependent on carrier and destination. Customs or duties may be owed upon import into your country; we are not responsible for VAT or customs/duties/taxes.
If you choose to utilize a freight forwarder, you will forfeit any reimbursement/damage claims as we are not responsible for a package that was not shipped from us directly to you.
