Great pattern and video tutorial. This was my first time sewing a bag and incorporating a zipper. There were several times during the process I felt unsure how the finished product would look and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. I used insulbright as the wadding for some heat protection. The bag is larger than I expected/needed but that’s my own fault for not checking the dimensions beforehand.

Great pattern for someone making pants for the first time! Detailed and very clear instructions. The video tutorial was helpful too. The only issue I had was that the printing did not perfectly align everywhere, but I made it work. I definitely see myself making another pair in the future with a few minor fit alterations. Otherwise the pants turned out great and are very comfortable!

Extremely thorough pattern. Lots of instruction and visuals plus a video which always helps!! Love my bag — made the medium size and already planning to make the other two sizes!

Just the pattern I need

This pattern makes a nice collection of bags. There are tables showing how much fabric you'll need (main, lining, interfacing, batting if you want it), plus separate tables for bias tape and zippers. Each step in the instructions is illustrated with a color picture. The pattern pieces print out pretty efficiently on a home printer. The steps for putting together the continuous zipper and doing the bias binding are explained very clearly. Would absolutely recommend this pattern for someone's first bag, continuous zipper, or bias binding project.
