5 out of 5 starsMy painting turned out beautiful! The artist (Cathy) took my vision of what I needed for a specific space and turned it into a beautiful piece of art on canvas. The colors, size/dimensions and overall design fit perfectly in the space it was designed for. She offered a draft look before finishing the piece to allow for any changes I wanted to make. Packaging was very professional. My large painting arrived unharmed. I would highly recommend her studio. Professional from start to finish.

4 out of 5 starsThe seller has great customer service and responsiveness. The product is a little far from what is advertised online. I wouldn’t have spent $300+ if I knew what it would actually look like. The product feels a little sloppy compared to the picture shown in the advertisement. However, I appreciate the seller’s communication and willingness to try to adjust to my requests.

Thank you for your feedback. Each painting is created entirely by hand, so there can be natural variations from the original listing images. I’m sorry the final result did not fully match your expectations. I truly appreciate your patience during the adjustment process, and I’ll keep your feedback in mind for future paintings and listing photos.

Frequently asked questions
WHAT KIND OF MATERIAL YOU USE TO PAINT ARTWORK?
***PAINT
I pride myself on being environmentally-friendly, and the paints I choose are all created without solvents, extenders, fillers, or adulterants. They are professional grade oil paints, have higher pigment concentration and great consistency.
***Canvas
Quality is a priority for me.
I choose 100% cotton woven canvas, which has heavy texture, is strong and flexible to prevent long term environmental impacts.
***Stretcher and Frame
100% made in Australia
They are professional and museum ranges and made of wood – PEFC Certified kiln-dried fir.
Their High stability means the canvas stretched across the bars is not subject to changes in tension, and create a perfect framework for canvas stretching, free from deformation, twist and warp.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE AMONG"ROLLED PAINTING", "STRETCHED PAINTING" AND "FRAMED PAINTING"?
Rolled painting will be shipped rolled on a tube, you need to take it to be stretched or framed (there are 2"/5cm white edges on each side of the painting, for example, painting size is 30x30"/ 75x75cm, the canvas size is 34x34"/85x85cm)
Stretched Painting: Painting will be stretched over inner wooden Bar ready to hang but NO outer frame.
Framed Painting: Painting will be stretched and framed ready to hang. There are many colors of floating frames for your choosing.
(Note: You can select these options directly from the drop-down menu on the listing page. If a specific option is not listed, simply send me a message for a custom quote!)
DO YOU GUARANTEE THAT THE PAINTING WILL ARRIVE AT MY PLACE SAFELY?
***Losing in shipping:
Painting is lost during transportation, you will get a full refund or I will send another one for free.
***Damage:
*Painting is damaged: You will have a full refund or I will send another one for free.
*Frame is damaged: You will have a refund of the cost of the frame or you send the painting back to me, I will make the frame and send it to you again.
Please inspect your painting after you receive it.
If there is any damage, please send photos to me and contact me within 24 hours, which is important for claiming insurance.
