We did run into a small sizing issue where the ring arrived at a 3.5 when we'd ordered a 3.25, but the way Ami and the team handled it was honestly impressive. No pushback or runaround, just a fast and gracious resolution. Highly recommend

I immediately fell in love with one and after staring at it for weeks we finally ordered it! It’s so beautiful! Much nicer than anything we could find in a jewelry store. I would trust his judgement over a jeweler any day. Can’t wait to design my ring! Thank you for the amazing customer service! I’m so impressed. The diamond is STUNNING! The ring is exquisite, the diamonds absolutely stunning and eye catching. The diamonds are large but classy. Am already thinking of the next item to talk to Ami about.

Payments Plan

All layaway orders are subject to the following:
• Payments can be divided into up to 4 equal installments
• Jewelry production begins upon deposit.
• Full payment is required before items are shipped.
• The customer is obligated to track payment progress
Warranty
We offer a limited lifetime warranty:
> Lifetime free cleaning and inspection, metal re-polish and re-finish.
> 5-Year Setting repair - tightening of any loose gemstone or diamond and prong re-tipping.
> 5-Year Accent stone replacement, Warranty does not include replacement of stones larger than 0.5 carat.
Lab Grown Diamond VS Earth Mined Diamond
Lab-grown diamonds are as real as diamonds mined from the earth.
Lab-grown diamonds are identical to earth-mined diamonds in every aspect, except that they are grown in a lab instead of being mined from the earth, they share the same physical and chemical properties as earth-mined diamonds, and exhibit the same fire, scintillation, and sparkle.
They are 100% identical.

Your jewelry will be packaged securely for shipment.
All orders will be packed with complimentary gift wrapping.
All orders will contain a ring box.
If you want to receive an invoice, please mention it on the checkout notes or contact us after placing the order.
If you are looking to add a personal touch to your purchase, then consider our free engraving services.
For a more precise result, we offer laser engraving only.
We can engrave your jewelry with up to 25 characters of text, you can add the personalization request on the product page under "Add Personalization".
This includes numbers, symbols, and letters.
We engrave most of our pieces - unless they have no free surface area to engrave on.
Resizing
If your ring does not fit, we offer one free resize per order within the first 90 days of ownership.
Simply contact us and we will guide you from there.
Our timeline for resizing requests is up to 10 days from the time we receive your ring.

We offer free (insured) worldwide express shipping.

Returns and Exchanges:
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full hassle-free refund or exchange.

Importing Taxes&Duties
Customers in Europe / Australia / Canada and the rest of the world may be required to pay import taxes/duties as eligible in their country.
