Good communication and item excellent

I am blown away at how beautiful this little fireplace is. I was hesitant to buy at first because it was a little expensive...but WORTH EVERY PENNY! WOW! This italian design is gorgeous and the fire even dances just as the site said and it actually pops like real wood. I bought liquid bioethanol from home depot. I added a few drops of sandalwood oil and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. When you get the box don't be surprised if there is a lot of bubble wrap. Its coming from Italy and its packed securely. Also, like the other reviews said...it takes a few minutes to really get going. I was worried at first and then within 3 minute the flames were dancing! I am saving up money to buy a red one now for our mountain property. Don't hesitate to buy! You wont be disappointed!!

Modern and unique trivets. I like it a lot.
