5 out of 5 starsI am delighted with the bracelet. I put a special request in for a longer length and Nikki responded very quickly and even updated her website so I could order it there directly. The bracelet came quickly, within a couple of weeks, and it is lovely, fits perfectly and looks great. I will be ordering again once Nikki has relocated and is up and running once more with her business.

5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love my bracelets. i ordered them in 2mm,4mm and 5mm in a 7.5" length. Fits perfect! They look and crafted beautifully!!! Looks just like the photo!!! Awesome customer service. I look forward to ordering more pieces in the future!!!

1 out of 5 starsOrdered a "Script 'A' charm, got a little tiny 'a' charm. VERY tiny, flat. Seller says that's the style, but it's not at all like the script alphabet sample shown. I would have to pay shipping (again!) to return. No thanks, good money after bad. Careful what you order here.

As stated previously, I am sorry that the Script A charm was not what you expected. However, as I explained the purchased A charm is shown clearly in the listing photos. I did also explain that the other A was a tiny block charm which I offered to exchange but as per the shop policies it was necessary for you to pay shipping costs. I work hard to ensure that the descriptions and photos help in the shopping process. The dimensions of the charms are stated in the description and they are scaled against a dime to indicate size. Your statement that the charm you purchased is 'tiny' is untrue; it is exactly as shown. The first photo shows the tiny block 'A' charm and that is not what you purchased. I feel that your review contains grossly inaccurate and untrue information which I hope other buyers will choose to ignore.

♥1-4 years - approx. 5 inches

♥ 11-13 years - approx. 6 inches
Adults typically wear between 6.5 and 8 inches. 7 inches is average.

Care instructions
JEWELRY CARE & INFORMATION
Clean Sterling Silver with a soft 100% cotton cloth or a silver cleaning cloth. This will maintain the luster of the metal.
Semi-precious stones such as Amethyst, Quartz and Turquoise are best cleaned gently with a damp cloth.
It is strongly recommended that any jewelry is removed prior to showering, swimming and/or exercising. It should be stored away from direct sunlight.
Please always supervise children whether they are wearing it or around your items, as it left unsupervised it can be a choking hazard.
