5 out of 5 starsThis arrived early - right after the email announcement. It was a rainy day and the package got wet. But it was wrapped so beautifully and carefully that inside was perfectly dry and the item was completely safe. I sent it as a gift, and she (and everyone else!) LOVES it. Thank you so much!

5 out of 5 starsGreat interactive music box. I did not have it engraved so I can’t speak to that option but the music box itself is adorable and well made. Had a small issue where my first music box arrived damaged from shipping. Was not salvageable as it was cracked and crushed. I contacted the seller who replied within 24hours and was offered a replacement. Due to a tight gifting timeline, I no longer needed the design I originally bought, so I asked if I could exchange it for a Xmas themed one. The seller said no problem and promptly shipped. The Xmas box is also adorable, as described. This issue was NOT the seller’s fault, and I’m only mentioning as an example of their excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
