Item was exactly as I envisioned. Never needed “ customer service” so no rating there. Shipping took a good 6 weeks.

You ordered the board July 31st, we currently have a 2 week turnaround time right now to build the custom board and it arrived August 25th, so roughly 10 day shipping time from Canada to the US.
