Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your product please message me. I’ll do my best to make sure you are satisfied. But due to covid I am not able to accept returns.
What do I do if a package comes damaged?
Keep your box and items.
Find your order info from Etsy.
File a claim via usps.

Care instructions
Trim your wick to 4mm.
Light your wick at an angle.
Keep away from drafts.
Burn the first burn for 1-2 hours until the wax hits the edges. This will avoid tunneling.
Keep away from small children.
Inclement weather (aka heat)
If you are living in a very hot area, please realize there’s a high possibility your candle will come slightly flawed due to heat. If this is the case, make sure to purchase enough items that you get priority shipping. Priority shipping comes with insurance and you can file a claim through usps.
I cannot send replacements or refunds for weather caused flaws. You must rely on usps claims or wait to order in the fall/winter times.
