The processing time for orders to be shipped is 1-3 business days.

I've referenced 1 - 3 Business days for processing time to cover some orders that may need a bit more time to process. It is very important to me to get your order processed as quickly as possible for you or your recipient to enjoy. I like to get a jump on orders as soon as they come in, so I do my best to process most orders within one to two business days.

Orders that include Pre-Order items and ready to ship items together, will ship as one shipment, in it's entirety on the date noted on the Pre-Order listing.

Orders are shipped via USPS and USPS Priority. Orders should take 2 - 9 business days depending on location, once shipped. Peak holiday periods may take the mail service longer to deliver. Packages weighing 1lb and under (ie. one soap bar) will ship via First Class USPS. Packages weighing 1.1lbs and heavier will ship via USPS Priority Mail. All shipments receive a tracking number with buyer’s shipping notification.

All orders are lovingly and thoughtfully wrapped. I prepare each and every order to feel like a gift that you are unwrapping upon arrival.

If your order is a gift being sent directly to the recipient, please enter their address at check out. If you would like to include a gift note, please type your gift note message in the “notes to seller” at check out and I will be happy to include a hand written gift note card.

Do Your Products Contain Any Harsh Detergents/Sulfates?
- Never ever. My products are always paraben, phthalate and sulfate free.

Does Your Soap Contain Lye/Sodium Hydroxide?
- For all true soap, lye, also known as sodium hydroxide is the essential ingredient that turns fats/oils into soap. True soap cannot be made without lye. After the saponification process, (a chemical reaction between fats/oils and lye. The lye breaks the fats/oil triglycerides into fatty acid salts - what we call soap and glycerin) the lye is no longer present. All that’s left is a wonderful smelling, creamy, bubbly bar of soap!
