I'm Tanya, the maker and founder Oh Our Home.
Oh Our Home began with a simple idea: a home should be filled with objects that bring comfort, tell a story, and become part of everyday rituals. I wanted to create décor that feels timeless—not something made to follow a trend or be replaced a few months later.
Every candle and home accessory is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in my small studio using natural materials whenever possible. I especially love working with pure beeswax because of its beautiful natural texture, warm honey scent, and the cozy atmosphere it creates. Also I love work with clay. I love its plasticity and the way it allows every design to reflect the maker's vision and creativity. Whether I'm pouring a candle or shaping clay by hand, I enjoy the slow, creative process that makes each piece one of a kind.
I believe handmade objects carry something that factory-made products never can—the care, time, and intention of the person who created them. In a world of mass production and disposable décor, I choose to make pieces in small batches, paying close attention to every detail.
My inspiration comes from nature, vintage European and cozy Scandinavian homes, quiet mornings, seasonal traditions, and the little moments that make a house truly feel like home.
