5 out of 5 stars

Such wonderful customer service, they were so kind with my shipping concerns. This item is obviously crafted with love and care. The only criticism is that I was hoping for a softer yarn. it's not itchy but I wouldn't describe it as very soft, so if that's what you ideally want perhaps buy the instructions and find an artist who can do it in a softer yarn? I will definitely be buying from them again for future caterpillar splurges!

Thank you so much, Aleta!❤️
