Custom and personalized orders
Yes. We can provide a free design proof/mockup before production so you can review the spelling, layout, color, and overall design. Please check your Etsy messages after ordering in case we need confirmation.
Sizing details
For wedding backdrops, we usually recommend 40–50 inches for a standard sweetheart table or photo backdrop. For a larger statement piece, 55–60 inches is a great choice. If you are unsure, message us with your backdrop size and we will recommend the best option.
What is included with my neon sign?
Your order includes the custom LED neon sign, clear acrylic backboard, power adapter, free dimmer switch, mounting kit/screws, pre-drilled holes for installation, and warranty coverage.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send clear photos or a video of the package and damaged item. If the damage happened during shipping, we will help with a replacement, replacement parts, or another fair solution.
What does the warranty cover?
The LED neon sign is covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Accessories such as the adapter, dimmer, and remote are covered for 12 months. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, dropping, water exposure, or outdoor use unless an outdoor/waterproof option was selected.
Can I return or exchange a custom sign?
Because each sign is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized orders. However, if your sign arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order details because of our mistake, please contact us and we will make it right.
