Frequently asked questions

Shipping orders

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via international airmail. Parcels have track numbers so you can always track them while they're in Ukraine and when they arrive to your country (please note that some posts don't track Ukrainian parcels).

I gladly combine shipping to reduce shipping cost! Multiple orders will be shipped in one box to make the shipping price more reasonable.

Package

All items are carefully packaged to prevent any possible damage. Christmas ornaments or any other fragile items are covered in several layers of bubble wrap and send in boxes filled with foam plastic.

Refunds

Please note that all items in my shop are vintage, I sell them in 'as is' condition. I struggle to provide customers with detailed photos and carefully desribe all imperfections in product description. You are always welcome to ask for additional photos.

However, if you are disappointed with your purchase, you can send it back in 14 days term. The item should be in its original condition, with no damage or signs of use. When I receive it, I will provide you with a full refund excluding shipping costs and 10% transaction comission.
