For classic portrait orders, send clear reference photos of each person or pet through Etsy Messages.

For Love Story artwork, we create one complete personalized composition based on your photos and story. The first preview is normally delivered within 48 hours after we receive the complete brief.

After approval, your final high-resolution digital files are delivered through Etsy.

For classic portrait orders, reasonable adjustments can be made to the selected preview before the final files are prepared.

Love Story orders include one round of small refinements to the first preview, such as minor visual or text corrections.

Major changes to the original brief, composition, characters or story may require additional work, so please provide your preferred details as clearly as possible when ordering.

Our shop includes a wide range of personalized styles, including fantasy, medieval, royal, Renaissance, Baroque, historical and artistic portrait concepts.

We also offer illustrated relationship and Love Story artwork in several visual styles.

If you have a specific idea but cannot find the exact style in the shop, feel free to message us before ordering.

All products in our shop are digital. No physical item is shipped.

Final artwork is supplied as high-resolution files suitable for personal printing.

Love Story orders include high-resolution PNG and PDF files in the aspect ratio selected when ordering.

File format, ratio and recommended print dimensions for other portrait products are shown in the individual listing.

Our final files are prepared at high resolution for large-format printing.

Depending on the product, common ratios include:
