What are the neon signs made of?
All of our signs are handmade to order using premium flexible neon LED piping and our proprietary PVC molding technology. This LED piping is affixed to a sturdy and clear acrylic backing that is cut to shape.
Are the neon signs safe?
Our LED neon signs are designed to replace traditional glass neon signs. As they use LEDs encased in plastic, rather than gas encased in glass, they produce relatively no heat and are shatter proof, so they are perfectly safe around children and pets.
How long will the neon sign stay lit?
The LEDs used in our signs have a lifetime of a huge 50,000 hours. That is the equivalent of over 5 years if you were to keep the neon sign switched on constantly!
Custom and personalized orders
All of our neon signs come with a 12-month warranty, meaning that we will replace it in the very unlikely event that you have any issues with it.
If you have any issues with your sign within 12-months of purchasing, you can contact our support team with details of your sign's issues.
The team can then arrange for the sign to be returned to us for inspection prior to authorising a replacement to be sent out to you.

All our neon signs are shipped in full premium protective packaging consisting of plastic wrapping, bubble wrap, solid cardboard edge protectors & solid cardboard boxing. This is to ensure that your neon sign arrives to your door in perfect condition.
In the extremely unlikely event that your sign arrives damaged then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Based out of our Texas Office, we created OrantNeon to answer our own questions and fix our own problems as passionate consumers of neon style lighting. We choose to use LED Neon strip instead of traditional neon glass piping, offer hundreds of set designs as a source of inspiration, ship worldwide at affordable rates and allow completely custom designs - all as a result of our smart supply chain - working with ethical, modern and innovative production facilities worldwide (United State, China, Singapore,...)

This is our sizing rule. The size of the product is calculated by the side with the largest size.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes! Each sign comes standard with a 12 month world-wide manufacturer warranty. For the included accessories (remote control, dimmer, adapter) we provide 1 month warranty.
Our 12 month international manufacturer warranty covers all faults and defects that are a direct result of manufacturer error or workmanship. Our warranty policy does not extend to damage caused by improper use or installation.
Kindly note that any claim regarding damaged signs or missing accessories due to shipping must be filed with clear evidence within 5 days of the order delivery date. Unfortunately, after that period, we are no longer able to process such claims or issue any required compensation.
