Frequently asked questions

Do you offer preset testing?

We do not.

Where can I find the download guide?

In your purchased and downloaded zip file.

How do I download my purchased files?

You should receive an automated email from Etsy with your download files. If for some reason it doesn't come through, or the link doesn't work immediately, then simply go to your normal web browser on your phone, go to Etsy.com, tap the profile photo of the account you used to make your purchase. Go to "purchases" then click the order for your Salas Living digital download order. Scroll down a little bit and you'll see a black button to download your files. Simply click that, and follow that prompts on your own phone to open the files. Click the guide first, and follow the steps! :)

Where can I find more information?

Each individual listing has details in the description, please be sure to click "see more details" and read the full description for each product before purchasing.

You can always find more at salasliving.com -- follow along @salas.living on Instagram!
