Changes to an Order, Address or Cancel?
If you need to make changes to your order or shipping address please notify us immediately. We ship within 24 hours Sun-Fri excl. hol, many times within a few hours of purchase/same day. Message us or leave us a note on the receipt (before) we ship it. We are not responsible if you give us the wrong shipping address, so please check your address, and your order immediately, thank you. (Cancelling) You may cancel an order for a full refund within 1 hour of your order, due to our super fast shipping. If you caught us before we ship, we can still cancel the order. Once it's shipped we cannot change /cancel an order.
Returns /Refunds :Please Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery
Sales Are Final On Cut Fabric. We will refund flawed items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with concerns if item is defective, so we can create return tag for shipping the item back (at our expensive). Return merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order; in new condition as shipped. Any used, washed, or cut items will not be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for items nothing can be found wrong. NOTE: PHCorner does not send replacement. We issue full refunds only.
*Package Interception* If we deem a problem or concern with an order while a shipment is in transit. PhCorner may intercept a package without explanation & return it to our store at (our cost). Customers are fully refunded.
Shipping : To ensure order is complete
All packages are weighed before shipping to ensure correct shipping prices as well as checking the package has all its contents. In addition, packages will be weighed a 2nd time by a USPS worker. Each yd of cotton quilt fabric weighs approximately 6.1-6.3 ounces, each half yard weight 3.1-3.3 ounces. Linen/Cotton blends weight slightly more at approx 8oz per yd & 1/2yd of Linen/Cotton weigh approx 4oz. Batiks 4oz per yd. Thread weighs 1.4 ounces. Our package weighs 0.5 ounces. We have this down to a science; We'll (know) if anything's missing. Each weight is logged into Etsy when shipped/even priority mail weight is logged. Etsy has a records of the package weight as well as our store & photos are taken during the making of each order.
Package Delivery / Lost Packages
All our orders are shipped in compliance with Etsy's Protection Plan. If your order is lost in mail by USPS you will fully be reimbursed/refunded back to your account. Please wait till the delivery window has passed and we can proceed with a full refund. Pls contact us for more information.
Mail Theft:we advise to please keep track of when your package will arrive (this can be done through tracking) to lessen the chance of stolen packages. Theft is NOT covered in the protection plan. A police report will need to be filed for theft.
SHIPPING SPEED: we ship out FAST 1 day Sun-Fri; However we cannot control shipping once a package leaves our store. So we provide upgrade shipping available for customers to purchase at check out.
What happens If I accidentally give the wrong address/ shipped back?
If the item is shipped back to us, please notify us immediately. We are not responsible for reshipping the item to you. If you want the item re-shipped, we can send an invoice and you can pay to have your package reshipped to the proper address; there will be a .20 cent fee for the invoice/this will be paid for the Etsy invoice services. We will not refund any fabric that is shipped back due to wrong address/ we do not refund cut fabric. So we encourage you to please check the address on your account. We will hold your item here for up to 60 days.
Postal Services ; Where is my Package?
Once a package leaves our store. We will not know information about the shipping. Please contact USPS. The customer service phone number is: 1 (800) 275-8777. If your package has already entered your local delivery office, please contact your (local office) that delivers your mail for best understanding of where your package is/ best communication with the truck driver that delivers your mail. If your item was scanned as delivered but it was not delivered, please wait till the next morning to give USPS a call. USPS uses GPS Tracking & will know the *exact location* it was scanned & delivered. If it was mistakenly delivered, they are able to retrieve and redeliver packages. If item is lost in transit. Please read (lost packages) above.
Inspecting Your Fabric / Matching Bolt/Photos
Our store inspects all fabric before it's shipped. We don't want to hear from unhappy customers. If we see any flaws we will NOT Ship it. You mean a lot to us and we want to keep customers happy. (In Addition): We match the photos on the order to the actual fabric we are cutting to make sure the Photo Matches the Fabric & Match #/color on the bolt. EACH ORDER: 1. Must match the photo & 2. Match #/color on the bolt. In addition:to protects our customers ; as well as our store from possible scam attempts, every order has a photo taken during the making of the order. This photo will be sent to the buyer at the time of shipping .
Why was my ordered cancelled? Cancellation Policy
We can't always accommodate a customer's criteria & reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may compromise the integrity of our business; Including demanding free items; scams; issue orders, & harassment. If a customer voices a problem with an order we may cancel current & future orders without explanation. Other reasons for cancelled orders may include undeliverable address or if we deem issues with delivery, or cannot contact a customer for confirmation; such if an order issue arises such if yardage cannot be met. Lawfully we have the right to cancel orders for any reason we see fit at our discretion. FREE SHIPPING ON LARGE OR BULKY ORDERS
Large/Bulky orders that qualifies as FREE SHIPPING may ship using slower shipping methods. If we cannot fit it into small faster shipping boxes. (Larger Boxes) that ship currently is delivering at 14-25days. Please understand this is not within our control. If your order qualifies for free shipping and you wish to pay more to have it shipped Priority, Fed Ex or UPS, please contact us before we ship so we can accommodate your needs.
Shipping Prices
Listing prices is correct for the (first order). Orders of (more than one) smaller cuts ; such as 1/4yd; 1/2yd; are correct for the first cut, more than one cut will receive partial shipping refund. Please give us 24 hrs after an order ships to see refund issued back to the account. Some orders of quilting cotton weight may receive a partial refund on orders (more than 4yds). The prices to ship includes: packaging cost, transportation to our shipping carrier, import of our merchandise may play a factor in shipping costs. Even though we are a small business, our shipping prices comparatively matches large corporation ship prices; which we feel proud about :)
