How do I submit my photo and other order details to personalise my product?
Please add all order details into 'personalisation box' which can be found on the listing screen, prior to adding to basket! If you need to send a photo for your order, please send it to us via Etsy messages after the order is placed.
For any new customers, you may require to message us first, from your order using the 'contact seller' option to be able to send a picture. If there are any issues, please let us know and we will guide you through the process and on the way to your perfect print!
How long do digital files take? and how do I receive them?
For the majority of the year, digital Files take 1-2 working days (so not including weekends or bank holidays!) Please bare in mind they do vary over peak seasons. It’s the 'dispatch' date on the order to take note off as opposed to the 'delivery' date - so please check this date before purchasing to ensure you are happy with the timeframe.
Once your designs have been crafted we will message you via Etsy to let you know & these digital files will be emailed across in the form of a link. This will allow you to gain access to your files. If you have received the message on Etsy, but can't find the link in your emails, firstly please check any spam folders for emails ending in @northsouthco.com. If you still cannot locate please let us know.
I need my order sooner, how can I upgrade delivery?
We proudly offer free delivery on all orders! However we have other options which can be found at the checkout page by amending the 'Standard Delivery' drop down box. The optional delivery upgrades will also indicate their relevant ETA's should you decide to opt for them. Upgrading the delivery does not mean the order is processed quicker.
Once dispatched with the chosen postage, your location/local mail service plays the major role in speed of delivery. The order eta are on the product page so you can see what is automatically estimated by Etsy using current shipping data plus my processing time! Our processing time is given as a 'window' as it depends on the amount of orders taken in the day prior.
What to do if my order has not arrived or running late?
In the rare instance an order is late, please refer to the estimated dates of delivery that are provided on your order firstly, as a 'window' of arrival was given as opposed to a set date. Most orders are covered by Etsy delivery guarantee so there is no need to be concerned about any financial loss due to an orders delayed on non arrival.
To speed up resolving any delivery issues however if you reach out to us confirming your delivery address via the proof order thread or 'contact seller' button - we can look at whether the order is late and potentially permanently missing, and if so can resend the items free of charge for you!
