I have a Graphic Design degree and have always been an artist. I sold folk art and custom designed furniture for 18 years before starting work at the Paper Habit. But hauling around 4' x 8' sheets of plywood and moving furniture does take its toll. Three torn rotators in 2 years will cause anyone to look for less physical work. So I looked for a job where I could still design but with less heavy lifting. That place I was led to was the Paper Habit Stationery and Gift shop.

In 2014 I bought Paper Habit from my former boss after working there for 6 years. The store has been in business for the last 40 years and is a fun and challenging place to work. We spend each day helping couples find the wedding invitation and stationery of their dreams. We are honored to be there at one of the happiest times of their lives and play a small role in their big day. There surely can not be a better job!
