MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR BROKEN
All items are well packaged against breakage, and all shipments are insured. If an item does arrive damaged or broken, you must contact me within 24 hours of receipt. Do NOT attempt to repair! Please retain all original packaging and send clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging and box. You may be asked to sign an insurance affidavit and claim, which I can file for you. Some carriers require that the broken or damaged item be surrendered to them--so please do not discard it or packaging until the claim has been settled. Combining For Shipping
Many times the cart does not correctly combine multiple items for shipping and I will refund the difference if that is the case. Or you may contact me with a list of items and I will adjust the shipping for you before purchasing.
