5 out of 5 starsThe quality was perfect it’s very soft and comfortable for my pup she’s enjoys wearing it even casually also to note the metal buckle i guess you can call it doesn’t pinch her neck at all for anyone else who is thinking of ordering from these sellers your making the right choice and the seller is very helpful and helped me every step of the way I for one highly recommend them my pups happiness and comfort is number 1 in my life your making the right call for your pup.

5 out of 5 starsPerfect. I was looking for something classy and fancy, and this is that. It looks just like the pictures. The engraving is real, not a sticker. The hardware feels like good quality metal. And the fabric feels nice. I would buy this again.

4 out of 5 starsI absolutely love the vibrant pink color—it was exactly what I was looking for! My Golden Retriever is on the smaller side, so the size M fits her perfectly. While I'm very satisfied with the harness itself, the leash feels a bit difficult to hold in my hand. However, that might just take some getting used to. The shipping was very fast, and the customer service was polite and helpful. Thank you so much!

How do I know which size to order?
The measurements of each collar & leash are shown in the product photos of each of our item listings. Measure your dog or cats neck circumference and then make comparisons with the size chart. As all the collars length are adjustable, we are pretty sure that they will fit. If you are still having trouble choosing your size, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you pick out the correct one.
How long does delivery take?
Below are our average shipping times to different locations.
Please take note they sometimes may take a bit longer due to unforeseen circumstances and also during heavy postal traffic seasons like Christmas, Thanksgiving & etc.
North America and Canada: 7-15 business days
Europe: 7-15 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-15 business days
Asia Pacific: 7-15 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 15-30 business days
If I receive my collar and there is something wrong with it, what should I do?
First we sincerely apologise if you aren't happy with it. Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us.
We do check and test every item we make before sending them out, but very rarely we may miss something out, or something may have got damaged during the shipping process.
Let us know what is wrong with it and we will do our absolute best to rectify the problem for you. Whether it is sending you a brand new collar, or having to give you a refund. We will do everything we possibly can to make you happy in the end :)
How long does it take to process my order?
Once we've received your order, we get working on it right away. We usually complete it within 2 days, but can sometimes take up to 4 days depending on the amount of orders we have at that time. Once your order is ready, they are packed and shipped out right away.
Will I have tracking information for my order?
Yes. You we will send you the tracking number together with the tracking website for you to track your parcel. As these are international parcels, the initial update can take some time due to port and customs issues. Please allow 2-4 days for the first tracking information to update.
If for some reason the tracking information has not been updated after a few days, please contact us and we will check with the courier service for you.
How do I let you know the personalization I want on the collar?
When placing your order, there is a text box for you to fill in with the text/numbers that you want on your collar. There are also photo instructions of the type of personalization that can be done.
Can I personalize the collar in another language?
Yes. They can be personalized in any language. We will follow the characters exactly as you have instructed us.
I received my order and I am really happy with it, what can I do to show my appreciation?
Yay! We are so happy that you like your collar/leash. Please leave us a good review, even better with a picture of your pet wearing our products. Every good review helps us tremendously.
Do you have a store or shop where I can see your products?
We don't have a physical store, although it is one of our goals to eventually have one :)
