Hi, I’m Lou Ann, the designer behind Pearl & Peony Design, based in Atlanta. I’m so glad you’re here!
My love of design started with stationery. I created the paper goods for my own wedding and loved being able to make something beautiful, personal, and affordable for such a special occasion. That experience eventually grew into Pearl & Peony Design.
Today, the shop has grown right along with me. You’ll find original hand-drawn seamless patterns, digital planners, editable templates, and playful printables for kids, all created with an eye toward making everyday projects feel a little more personal and beautiful.
I’m especially drawn to florals, botanicals, vintage-inspired details, and timeless color palettes. My seamless patterns begin with artwork drawn by hand, including the little variations and imperfections that give handmade work its character.
When I’m not designing, I’m usually tending to my ever-growing collection of houseplants, drawing, painting, or working on some other creative project. There’s a very good chance I’m either splattered with paint or covered in dirt!
