This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

1- Information I Collect:
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information ((the colors and details you want for a custom wedding cake topper, for example)if you contact me directly.

2- Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It:

as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Hand made wedding cake toppers and cake and bouquet replica ornaments are produced in accordance with the applicable provisions of the EU General Product Safety Regulations. They are carefully crafted to meet safety standards for decorative items.

2- Intended Use & Warnings:
Cake topper is intended for decorative use only, to stay on the top of a wedding or birthday cake. The ecological clay used in this product is suitable for contact with food. However, please note that while the material is food safe, this finished product is intended as a decorative ornament and is not edible.
Cake and bouquet replicas are miniature versions of your actual wedding cake or bouquet, specially crafted as a decorative ornaments for display on a Christmas tree or elsewhere in your home. They are designed solely for decorative purposes.
