Prints come in protective cellophane sleeves. Please take care when opening to avoid contact with the adhesive strip.

Acrylic plaques and blocks can be gently wiped with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sprays, or abrasive cleaners.

We post all orders via Royal Mail Tracked services:

Tracked 48 (standard): 2–3 working days after dispatch

Tracked 24 (upgrade): 1–2 working days

Express Next Day: Royal Mail Guaranteed service

Processing time is usually 1–3 working days (may be longer in busy seasons). Delivery times are estimated by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Business Express Tracked Service.

Once your personalised item has been created, we can’t cancel or refund the order.

Because our products are custom-made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations once work has begun.
If you need to cancel before dispatch, a 50% design fee applies to cover the time already spent creating your artwork.

If your order arrives damaged, please message us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage.
This allows us to quickly raise it with the delivery service and send a replacement without delay.

Requests made after this timeframe may not qualify for a replacement, in line with Etsy’s recommended seller policy.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re happy to resend it once the new postage fee (and any return charges) are paid.
Refunds cannot be issued for personalised items returned by the postal service.

Absolutely! We’re happy to include a complimentary gift note — just add your message in the notes box at checkout.
We can also ship directly to your recipient; simply enter their delivery address at checkout.
