📍 Where do I send in pictures?
The recommended method is sending via Etsy message. I reply within an hour to let you know that I have received your image.

🚚 When will my items ship?
Processing times are usually 1-3 business day! If for any reason there is an influx of sale from the holiday rush, I will notify shipping status in my announcement.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
❗What if there's a mistake on the order?
Please contact me right away via Etsy message and I can accommodate to your request. Edits made within the first few hours is recommended. If your order was mailed, unfortunately that is too late.
🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are handmade and personalized, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is an error or defect. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery if there’s an issue.
