Hi, I’m Mary Lu, the artist, writer, designer, and cheerful overthinker behind PesterKin Studio.
I have always lived somewhere between deep faith and ridiculous laughter, which explains a lot about this shop. I believe comfort matters. I believe beauty can steady a soul. I believe grief deserves tenderness, courage deserves celebration, and sometimes the most spiritual thing in the room is a goose in pearls acting like she owns the place.
PesterKin Studio grew out of all those pieces of me.
For years, I have loved words, design, story, faith, art, humor, and the handmade-feeling things that help people feel seen. This shop is my way of gathering those things into one creative home.

The PesterKin Pop-Up Shop is the main gathering place for gifts, apparel, seasonal designs, flags, hats, shirts, keepsakes, and everyday pieces designed to bring comfort, beauty, humor, and a sense of belonging into everyday life.
Goose Worthy is where the witty geese live. This expression of PesterKin is full of porch-goose charm, old-fashioned mischief, silly wisdom, bright attitude, pearls, bonnets, and kindhearted ridiculousness.
Moxie Darling is for brave days, hard days, healing days, comeback days, and the women who need to remember they still have glory, power, beauty, humor, and sparkle.
The Quiet Grove is the reflective and faith-inspired expression of PesterKin Studio. It holds comfort, grief care, prayer, hope, and pieces created for tender hearts, sacred pauses, and places where words need to be chosen carefully.
Some of what I make is tender. Some of it is funny. Some of it is prayerful. Some of them walk in wearing red glasses and demanding snacks.
But all of it comes from the same place: a desire to make art and words that help people feel seen, steadied, encouraged, or delightfully less alone.
