Do you do all animals?
Yes ,we can do all animal portraits.
How can I upload my photo for design?
After you’ve placed your order, send me a message via Etsy and you attach the photos there with any other requests you may have.
I would like to merge multiple photos together to make one portrait. Is this possible?
Send me a message with your requests and photos you would like to merge. I will be able to confirm if it’s possible and the price may be adjusted to accomodate for the extra time and effort.
I made an order for digital item and can not find the file?
Calm down!
Digital items can not be downloaded via the Etsy App.Please use a browser such as Chrome or Safari to log into your Etsy account and go to purchases&reviews. You will be able to find your download here.
What is the cancellation/exchange/refund policy?
If your order is a digital ready to use item, refunds/exchanges/cancellations will not be accepted due to the digital nature of the product.
If your order is a portrait, cancellations may be accepted if your portrait hasn't been created yet. If your portrait is complete, refunds and exchanges will not be possible.
Can I request touchups or changes on my portrait order?
We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your order! You may request any touchup that is possible to ensure you are happy with the final product!

What makes a good photo?
1. Close up time! Be sure your pet’s photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.
2. Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face.
What backgrounds can I have?
You can pick any color for the background, even a custom background.
Will I be charged for changes to my order after it’s been made?
It is the customer’s responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes.
