5 out of 5 starsCut this with my Xtool without any problems. I still need to add the Raffia Ribbon to the pumpkin to finish it off. I made this for a friend and will be giving it to her this weekend. I am sure she is going to love it. I did not need customer service for this purchase but had a question about another item that I was looking at, and Kat responded quickly even during her shop closed hours. Great shop with so many pretty designs! Thank you for sharing your talents with us. Sarah

5 out of 5 starsThey are JUST as described - I purchased these back on March 28, 2026 and have just today cut them. They are perfect for air plants and like all of the files I've purchased from Pickitz - they work perfectly and are just what I expected.
