Frequently asked questions

What kind of converter I need to use for EU PLUG to adapt to US PLUG.

For the converter you will need:
Adapters to convert your European or U.K. plug to a U.S. plug for use in the U.S. are widely available at electrical stores. This means you don't need to wire a U.S. plug.

For USA there are two associated plug types, types A and B. Plug type A is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and plug type B is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and a grounding pin. USA operates on a 120V supply voltage and 60Hz.

What kind of converter I need to use for EU PLUG to adapt to UK PLUG.

For balloon and rainbow light lamp you will need adapter that converts EU PLUG to UK PLUG.

You can use an EU conversion plug, which have several benefits. However, before using a conversion plug you should: Always check that the type of conversion plug you use is suitable for the EU plug. We recommend you replace the appliance with a UK standard electrical product if the plug is not suitable for conversion.

What kind of battery is need for remote control?

Please note that batteries are not included because of Post restrictions.
To use remote control you will need CR2025 battery.

Brief about CR2025 Battery
Coin cell batteries like CR2025 are generally used for small portable electronics devices such as wrist watches, pocket calculators, automobile key less entry transmitter and hearing aids. Typically they are of compact size, 5-25mm in diameter and 1-6mm in height. The name defines the size of the battery like for CR2025, the first two digits stands for diameter and second for height or thickness in tenths of mm. So, according to this 20mm is the diameter of CR2025 and 2.5mm is the thickness.

Lithium button or coin cell batteries are a bit costly than alkaline, but last longer, weigh less

Custom and personalized orders

Would you like to have your Light Up letter to be more personalized with colors - YES?
You can add your comment with your order and specify what kind of colors you would like to combine.

You can choose from our color pallete - twelve different, but yet combine water based colors.

Please note which color you would like to be inside and which outside or ask for our opinion.

What kind of batteries is needed for Light up letters?

Light up letters are the perfect size for anywhere around your home or office and as they are battery powered (you will need to pop 2xAA batteries in the back), you really can bring them wherever you want.

Set up timer 6/18 - 6 hours on and 18 hours off and you can use one battery set up to one month.

Timer is set up by you any time - just switch timer any time and it will go on for 6 hours and 18 hours will remain off. Switch middle position and if you would like to change time of timer, turn off and switch on any your chosen time.

Do we use LED lights and what is our propose to use them?

Yes, we do!
LED Lights are perfect for Kids' bedrooms and for use as night lights.
There's absolutely no heat from the bulbs and because the bulbs are LED they don't drain the batteries too much.
Safe to leave on as a night light in nursery for long periods of time. Lifetime of LED is aprox. 50000 hours continuous use.
You should never have to replace the bulbs, just the batteries.
