Where can I find more information about an item do you provide Mock-ups?

Great question! Each listing in my shop contains photos and a detailed item description with specific information about the product. Information on items include size, materials, how the item can be used, etc. Props, if included in item photos, are not included with the item purchase.

You are ordering the item in the listing photo.

Due to the large number of orders we receive and ship every day, we are NOT able to provide mock-ups or photos of completed items. We DO photograph each and every item as it leaves our shop but those are not staged and are for our records only due to high incidents of fradulent claims sellers now face.

Custom and personalized orders

I love custom orders! Please message me before purchase if you are looking for a design you don't see in my shop. Custom and personalized requests will incur an additional charge and is not included in my stock listings in my shop.

As I make all of my items myself, almost every item offered in my shop can be customized or personalized. Information regarding guidelines for customization and personalization is contained in each item listing and specific information is contained in each item's Personalization Instructions.

I have made custom orders for sports teams, corporations, team retreats, family reunions, etc.,

How long will it take to get my order? How will my order Ship?

Processing times - 5-7 BUSINESS days from the time the order is placed. This is the time for me to process your order, NOT for your order to arrive. I strive to get all orders out long before this window but that is not always possible especially during the holidays.

In each item description, Etsy calculates an approximate arrival date based upon my processing time and your zip code. These arrival dates are not guaranteed and are used for informational purposes only.

Every item I offer ships with tracking. Most items ship what the USPS considers First Class or Ground as the default. Each of my items also include shipping upgrades for an additional cost such as to Priority Mail.

Do you accept returns or order cancellations?

All items available in my shop are made to order to your specifications when the order is placed. Per my shop policy, due to the custom and personal nature of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. Slight variations and imperfections are not considered flaws due to the handmade nature of my items. Please communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process.

I also do not accept order cancellations. My priorities each work day are to process, make, and ship orders first then respond to messages. I may not see a message right away.

If I have made a mistake with an item, please reach out and include photos so we can work together to get you the correct item.

What if my order ships to the wrong address or arrives late?

Please check your address! NOT your Apple Pay, Venmo, Chase, etc., your ETSY address. If your order is returned to the me - You are responsible for paying for re-shipment. I do not refund or replace items that were shipped to the ETSY registered address if this is not the correct address.

If you message me after checkout with a new shipping address, I cannot guarantee shipment to a new address under these circumstances due to the order and message volume of my shop.

Unfortunately we have no control over the post office. If you have any questions regarding the estimated arrival for your item, it would be best if you ask these questions prior to purchasing. Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for shipping delays

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

As of July 7, 2023, most shipping methods via USPS include insurance up to $100. I photograph ALL items as they are packed and am not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.

Buyer is responsible for submitting claim to USPS online. USPS will investigate the claim process and issue a refund directly to you. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must KEEP the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required.

Etsy allows 1 claim per buyer per year under their protection program and any damage must be reported to our shop within 24 hours of the package arriving.

What happens if my item gets lost?

Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver it to you, it is literally their job.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages, all of the information you need is contained in your Etsy buyer account under the specific transaction. If your item shows it was delivered and you have confirmed that your Etsy address is correct, although you have not received the item and you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Specifically in this instance, this is done between you and the mail carrier as I have no control once it leaves my hands.
