What is the processing time?
The processing time is the time it takes for me to design, print and package your order, to the point it is ready to be posted.
My current processing times are shown on individual items (usually 1-3 working days).
Once your item has been posted, please allow a further 3-5 working days for standard 2nd class postage or 2-3 working days if you upgrade to 1st class postage.
I need my order quickly, can you help?
I love to help out when you need something quickly, but I can only help if I know this BEFORE you place your order.
Please ensure you message me beforehand to check if it's possible for me to print your order sooner. I'm pretty quick at replying and I will always try my best to help if I can.
I strongly advise you to upgrade to 1st class or next working day postage at the checkout, otherwise your order will be sent using 2nd class postage.
When will my order arrive?
I will always dispatch your order within my current processing times. That's a promise!
As much as I would love to guarantee your order is delivered on time, please understand that Royal Mail delivery times and delays are out of my control.
Standard delivery will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class. If you need your item sooner, please ensure you upgrade to 1st class or next working day postage at the checkout.
Royal Mail anticipate that items should be delivered within 10 working days. Please get in touch if your order has not been delivered after this time.
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! If you'd like me to amend an existing item or design a card just for you, please send me a message before you order. I can easily change the wording and colours on my items.
