5 out of 5 starsOriginal shipment was delayed (apparently due to tariff stuff -- totally understandable). I reached out to see what the delay was, since it was getting close to when I needed the item, and the seller was EXTREMELY helpful -- explained the issue, recognized the date I was going to need the item by, and sent it out Priority the next day so it got to me in plenty of time -- even including a "bonus" with my shipment for the trouble of my delay. Extremely grateful for the shippers help, understanding, and generosity.
