Frequently asked questions

How long will it take before my order arrives?

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, all domestic and international orders may take longer to process or arrive. From the time of when I ship your order it may take up to one to two weeks, and sometimes longer if you're within the US. Any order outside of the US may take up to a month, sometimes longer as the product will need to be cleared through customs. All orders are shipped from my home within the state of Florida.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped in a padded envelope, with the contents inside of a seal-able bag. All orders are tracked and sent out via USPS. If you would like your order shipped through a different carrier, like FedEx or UPS, please contact me beforehand before placing an order.

Do you accept returns? What about products that are damaged?

I accept returns. Please be advised that you MUST contact me within 72 hours of your product being successfully delivered and I am not responsible for any return shipping costs. If your product is damaged, you MUST contact me within 7 days of your product being successfully delivered. Based upon the criteria, I will either resend your product, free of charge, offer you a partial refund (for products that have more than one item), or offer you a full refund. In most-cases, an additional "bonus" item is included in your order; I am not responsible for any damaged "bonus" items.

(All damaged and returned products are handled on a case-by-case basis.)

Do you offer multiple quantity discounts?

I do. Please message me with the amount of pins you would like to purchase and I will setup a custom listing, just for you. Certain criteria, like production or shipping time may vary based upon the quantity.

Are you selling this item as a magnet?

I can, but my magnet inventory is extremely limited in quantity right now. Please contact me beforehand if to inquire about any availability.

Are you taking custom pin commissions?

Unfortunately because of the COVID-19 pandemic, I am not taking custom pin commissions. When I do re-open my commissions, I will accept custom orders for "Keep Calm" pin variants or a custom design you may have.
