I placed my order. What happens next?

If your order includes personalization, digital proofs will be sent to you within a few days. Please note that during periods of high order volume, there may be some delays. It's important to review and approve your proofs carefully, as I am not responsible for any spelling errors if they go uncorrected. Be sure to check your Etsy messages frequently to ensure a smooth process.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are typically scheduled to ship within 4-6 business days, though this timeframe may vary depending on the product. Please note that 'business days' do not include weekends or Holidays.

When will my order arrive? *US orders ONLY*

Please be aware that we use a courier service to deliver all U.S. orders directly to USPS. As we are located in Canada, there may be a 1-day delay between our courier picking up your order and dropping it off at USPS. Once USPS receives your order, it will be scanned within 24-48 hours and should arrive within 2-5 business days. Expect 7-15 business days if you are located in Alaska or Hawaii. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method, available options can be viewed at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier, postal service, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the delivery timeframe.

When will my order arrive? *Canadian orders ONLY*

We primarily use Intelcom for deliveries within Canada, unless your address is rural or a P.O. Box- in those cases, your order will be shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates may vary for Canada Post deliveries. If there’s a significant price difference, I’ll reach out before processing your order.

Intelcom: Typically arrives within 2–6 business days and includes tracking.

Canada Post: Usually arrives within 3–10 business days, depending on location, and also includes tracking.

When will my order arrive? *International orders ONLY*

All international orders are shipped with tracking and are expected to arrive within 5-20 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact the delivery timeframe.

I need my order by a certain date. Can you rush it?

Yes, expedited shipping is available, but please contact me as soon as possible. Priority shipping can be arranged for an additional fee, which will vary depending on your purchase and the urgency of your order.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be refunded. If digital proofs have been sent but not yet processed, and you wish to cancel your order, please be aware that a small cancellation fee may apply. Due to a high volume of orders, I prioritize and ship based on purchase dates. Feel free to message me with any questions or concerns.

Will my order ship on statutory holidays?

If your order is scheduled to ship on a holiday (such as Christmas, Easter, or Labour Day), please be aware that it will be shipped on the next business day. Business days do not include weekends.

Will I have to pay duties or tariffs when ordering from the U.S.?

All orders shipped to the United States are duty- and tariff-free under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). Our products meet the eligibility criteria, so U.S. customers will NOT incur additional import costs. Yay!

Can I change fonts?

Absolutely! Feel free to browse our other card designs in the shop. If you find something you prefer, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to make the switch for you!

Can my order be in a language other than English?

Yes, certainly! Please be aware that it will be your responsibility to provide the correct translation. We will send you digital proofs for approval before printing.
