Frequently asked questions
I can't download my file from phone
Unfortunately, there is NO opportunity to download Digital Files via Etsy app. Please use your mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) or computer to download files from Etsy.
File doesn't open
Our digital planners come in PDF format, so you should not experience any troubles with opening them.
However the Printable will be in Archive to reduce their size (due to Etsy limitations).
If you are using Apple devices all files will be extracted from archive automatically (just double click if you are on the computer)
If You are using other devices You will need to use software to do so (Any online service will do the magic).
In case you have any problems just contact me I will be happy to help.
Files are in different colors after printing, not like on the preview
Please remember that colors may vary slightly when printed, due to monitor calibration settings, printout settings, and material type.
How to download my files
Your files will be available once your payment is confirmed. Etsy will send the download link to your email automatically. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you. Please check your Spam and Promotion folders.
Also you can download files directly from your Etsy profile. Just log in and go to "Purchases and Reviews" section. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
