Due to the handmade process of our items we're unable to offer refunds, however we're happy to make an exchange as long as the item has not been worn or washed. The exchange must be of the same design color and shirt style/color; exchanges are only for a different size.

Unfortunately, CUSTOM items are not eligible for exchange. This includes but is not limited to: special order colors, personalization, or custom shirt requests.

*Please note, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges necessary to complete the exchange.

We happily welcome the request for custom orders. If you see something in the shop that you like, but isn't quite right, or you have a whole new idea all together, feel free to shoot us a message and we'll work together to make it happen.

All of our tees are handmade to order. As a result, our processing time is 5-7 business days plus shipping. If you need an item sooner please contact us prior to purchase to make arrangements for a RUSH add-on.

We strive to have items as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee an early ship date unless you make arrangements prior to checkout. Items are mailed in the order in which they are received. If you choose to RUSH your order we will do our best to fit your order in quickly, without causing any delay to orders placed before yours.

*Please note, items marked "Ready to Ship" will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Poppy James Designs only guarantees when your item(s) will ship from our shop. We do not offer delivery dates, as your package is no longer in our hands after it ships.

If a package is returned to Poppy James Designs due to an incorrect shipping address or any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to redeliver. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost.
